Terms of Service

Trifecta is a board operating system for Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) chapters: member-health tracking, engagement intelligence, renewals, revenue visibility, and board workflow tools. These terms govern access to the Trifecta application and website. By using Trifecta you agree to them.

Accounts are provisioned for chapter board members and staff. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that compromise the security or integrity of the service.

Each chapter owns the data it brings to Trifecta — rosters, engagement records, correspondence, sponsor and revenue information. We process it only to provide the service to that chapter, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request when a chapter leaves, we delete its data.

Do not use Trifecta to violate law, to send spam, to probe or disrupt the service, to access another chapter’s data, or to process data you lack the right to process. Features that connect to your own accounts (for example Gmail) must only be connected to accounts you control.

Trifecta’s software, design, and branding remain ours. Chapters and users retain all rights in their own data.

Trifecta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Insights and scores are decision support, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount the chapter paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Chapters may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms. Sections concerning data ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
