Trust & Security

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Trifecta works because boards hand it real context — membership histories, renewal conversations, sponsor relationships. That trust is the product. These are the four commitments it stands on.

No action without your approval

Every agent proposes; your board decides. Trifecta drafts, flags, and suggests — but member records change and emails send only with a human yes, or under switches your chapter explicitly turned on.

Forum confidentiality, absolute

Forum content is never ingested — not configurable, not optional. Anything Forum-shaped is rejected on receipt, biased toward caution. What's shared in Forum stays in Forum.

Never trained on your data

Your chapter's data is not used to train AI models — not by Trifecta, and not by our AI providers, whose agreements prohibit it.

Your chapter's memory is yours alone

Every record carries your chapter's identity, enforced by database-level walls. Chapter memories never pool across chapters — intelligence is per-chapter by design.

The details

  • Encryption everywhere: data is encrypted in transit and at rest; CRM and integration tokens are additionally encrypted and readable only by the server — never by browser sessions.
  • Google user data: Gmail access is read-and-draft on the connected chair's own account only, used solely for chapter features, under Google's Limited Use policy. Details in our privacy policy.
  • Email safety: inbound chapter mail is authenticated (SPF/DKIM/DMARC); senders we can't match to your roster can suggest, but never change, a record. Outbound proactive email sits behind chapter-level switches that ship OFF.
  • Scoped by design: board members see their own chapter, enforced at the database layer — not just the interface.
  • Accountable automation: every automated routine is visible to your board, with its schedule and last run, on the Routines page — the staff can't hide what it does.
